How do I find available properties for my desired dates?
Option 1 (Faster): Use the search tool at top of home or “All Properties” pages. This checks availability of all properties at once. Option 2: Go to individual property pages, click “Book Now”, and review the availability calendar for that property.
How to I book a long-term stay? (3 months or more)
On the property’s webpage, click the “Book Now” button, scroll down to “Long-Term Stays”, click “Apply”, and fill out the application form. We’ll review ASAP, and if approved, send you an email with a simple tenancy agreement and payment instructions. Once signed and paid, we’ll send you a link to our Guest Manual with check-in instructions and other property details.
How do I book a short stay? (less than 3 months)
If you used the search tool at the top of our home page or “All Properties” page, click “Book”, and then “Confirm Reservation”. If you are on a property’s webpage, click “Book”, select your desired dates from the calendar, and click “Confirm Reservation”. On the “Booking Confirmation” page, fill out your information, and click “Book Now” to submit your booking request.
What happens after I submit a booking request?
STEP 1. You’ll receive an automated email asking for a few more details. STEP 2. We’ll review your answers, and if you are approved, send you an email asking for payment, one piece of ID, and to sign a simple agreement online with a few clicks. STEP 3. Usually within an hour: We’ll then send you a confirmation email and a link to our Guest Manual with check-in instructions and other details about the home.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer.
Do you offer long-term discounts?
Yes! Longer bookings get lower rates. Leases of three months or longer enjoy our lowest rates.
