We really appreciated the opportunity to use Reza’s great basement suite as our base of operations for a week in the Dawson Creek area. The place was easy to find and check into, and great to have a dedicated parking space for our truck in the driveway in front of the unit. The suite was spacious, and exactly as pictured, with full kitchen to cook in, great bedrooms and shower, and comfortable lounge area to watch Netflix after a long day. There’s a full washer and dryer which was great. Most importantly for us, it was cool in the evenings when returning from very hot days outdoors! Any questions we had were quickly answered by Reza. The neighbourhood is on the outskirts of town which worked well for both our travels and evening walks, with all the shops and services just a few minutes drive away. The accommodations were a large contributor to our productive and enjoyable time in Dawson Creek - highly recommend.

We were very blessed to find this great accommodations for our visit in the area. We were visiting the area that we lived at many years ago and this gave us a great place to sit together in the morning for breakfast and reminisce and then drive around for the day and come back for dinner and do some more visiting. The house was clean and very adequate and the host responded very quickly. I could definitely recommend this place by the experience we had.

This is a great place to stay if working away from home

Definitely recommend staying at Reza’s. Clean, comfy bed, everything you need to cook. Having laundry in the unit is super helpful! Communication with Reza is easy - he makes sure to leave very clear directions/instructions.
